About the Founder

TLM Connections was founded by Joseph B. Janidlo, IV as a relationship-based professional network built upon trust, competence, and long-term relationships.

A husband and father of three, Joseph relocated with his family across the country in search of a traditional Latin Mass parish and faithful Catholic schools. Through his professional experience working alongside attorneys, advisors, business owners, and insurance professionals, Joseph recognized how difficult it can be for individuals and families to know where to turn when important decisions arise. TLM Connections was created to help provide trusted guidance and meaningful connections the first time — with clarity, discretion, and a relationship-based approach.

While TLM Connections today stands for Trusted Licensed Members, its foundation ultimately traces back to the Traditional Latin Mass — the common thread that unites us in sacred tradition, timeless values, and the shared pursuit of “restoring all things in Christ.”
